This is a crew lead position for someone who's done real hardscape or construction work, knows how to direct people, and is ready to stop working for someone who doesn't push them hard enough.

ABOUT MIDWEST LANDSCAPING, INC. 

​

We build high-end outdoor living spaces in Southwest Wisconsin — patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and full design-build projects from $5,000-$100,000. We're growing fast, our standards are high, and we're looking for a person who can own the field while we keep scaling.

THE ROLE

​

You'll lead a crew of 2-4 guys on high end residential projects from start to finish. You'll work alongside them — this isn't a clipboard role — and you'll be the standard they work to.

​

Your job is simple: get the right work done, done right, on time.

Primary work includes paver patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, walkways, concrete, drainage, plantings, and full outdoor living spaces.

​

You'll work directly with the owner. No layers of management. No corporate bureaucracy. Just clear expectations and the autonomy to hit them.

​

REQUIREMENTS

​​

• Hardscape, concrete, masonry, carpentry, or site work experience — required

• Experience directing or leading others on a job site — required

• Valid driver's license and ability to commute to Cashton WI

• Can calculate materials and read grade independently

• Takes ownership of problems instead of waiting for someone else to solve them

No direct landscape experience? If you have relevant construction or trades experience and want to lead — apply for our Team Member position and we'll develop you into a foreman as fast as you earn it.

• $26-35/hr based on the skills you demonstrate

• Quarterly production bonus of $1,000 plus or minus based upon crew performance— you hit the standard, you get paid for it

SCHEDULE

​

Full time Monday-Friday. Saturdays during peak season as needed. Seasonal and year round positions available.
