POSITION: CREW LEADER

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

​

You will work with our operations manager and owner to run the construction of high-end landscapes and manage the daily operations of our on-site install team. 

​

Your main job will be to lead the crew's daily activities to achieve timely project completion dates and quality installations. You will work alongside the crew on the jobsite to achieve this. It is a requirement to have relevant landscape experience for this role. If you have relevant experience and want to lead but do not have direct experience in the landscaping industry, apply for our team member position, and we will train you to be a foreman as fast as possible.

Primary activities will include but are not limited to paver patios, walkways, decks, outdoor kitchens and living spaces, concrete, retaining walls, stone and plastic edging, plants, shrubs, and trees. ​

REQUIREMENTS: 

​

- Must be able to reliably commute to Cashton, WI​​

- Valid driver's license 

- Hardscaping, concrete, and/or carpentry experience is a requirement. 

- The ability to learn new things 

- Independence and strong problem solving skills

JOB TYPE AND PAY: 

​

- Full time, seasonal, and full time, year round positions available

- Monday-Friday - Saturdays as needed during busy season. 

​

Pay Structure: 

​

- $26-$40/hr based on experience 

- 3% 401k contribution 

- Quarterly, production based bonuses​​
