POSITION: CREW LEADER

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

​

You will work with our operations manager and owner to run the construction of high-end landscapes and manage landscape maintenance and cleanup work. 

​

Your main job will be to organize and run the daily activities of our landscaping crews in order to achieve timely project completion dates and quality installations. You will work along side the crew on the jobsite to achieve this. 

​​

Primary activities will include but are not limited to installing mulch, paver patios, outdoor kitchens and living spaces, concrete, retaining walls, stone and plastic edging, plants, shrubs, and trees. 

​

Hardscaping and concrete experience is preferred. Masonry experience is a bonus. 

​

SKILLS:

​​​

- Valid drivers license 

- Construction, hardscaping, concrete, or landscaping experience preferred

- A positive attitude

- A great work ethic 

- The ability to learn new things 

- Independence and strong problem solving skills

JOB TYPE AND PAY: 

​

- Full time, seasonal, and full time, year round positions available

- Monday-Friday - Saturdays as needed 

​

Pay Structure: 

​

- Starting: $26-$36/hr

- Daily, production based bonuses

​
