OPERATIONS MANAGER

WHO THIS JOB IS FOR:

ABOUT THIS POSITION:

​

You will work with crew leaders to organize and schedule landscaping projects 

Graduating high school or college students, or someone with experience in the landscaping industry looking to take ownership of their work, receive great pay and bonuses, and become part of a growing landscaping business.

​

As a crew manager for Midwest Property Renovation LLC, it will be your job to complete a wide range of landscaping projects from simple, landscape cleanup jobs to large hardscape patios and walkways.

These jobs may be completed on your own or with additional help from your crew based on the job and day.

​

You will work closely with the owner to ensure the timeliness and quality of projects. ​

​

Construction or landscaping experience is preferred, but no experience is required for this position. If you do have experience, you will start at a higher hourly wage.

JOB TYPE: 

 

Full and part time positions available. 

​

Full Time: Tuesday-Friday 6:00-6:00

Part Time: Negotiable

​

• Average work week is dependent on weather

• Work on Saturdays may be expected 

• You will only be required to work during the landscaping season and will have the winter off. Last year, the off season was November 24th, 2023-March1st 2024.
