ABOUT THIS POSITION:

​

You will work with our Crew Leaders on the construction of high end landscapes and landscape maintenance and cleanup work. 

​

Your main job will be to help our Crew Leaders achieve timely project completion dates and quality installations. 

​​

You will be working to install decks, patios, walkways, retaining walls, stone and plastic edging, concrete pavers, concrete, plants, shrubs, and trees. ​

​​

When you start in this position, understand you will be expected to advance you skills and knowledge to eventually move up in responsibility. This will come with opportunities for leadership roles and/or compensation increases. 

​

REQUIREMENTS: 

​​​​

- Must be able to reliably commute to Cashton, WI

- Valid driver's license 

- Hardscaping, concrete, and/or carpentry experience is prefered but not required

- The ability to learn new things 

- Independence and strong problem solving skills

JOB TYPE AND PAY: 

​

- Part time, Full time, seasonal, and full time, year round positions available

- Monday-Friday - Saturdays as needed during busy season. 

​

Pay Structure: 

​

- $17-$26/hr based on experience 

- 3% 401k contribution ​​
